This pudding is my obsession right now!
Stolen from The Delicious Miss Dahl, it is a rhubarb and rosewater eton mess, and it is truly self-endulging and utterly scrumptious. It looks fantastic piled up on a cake stand, sprinkled with almonds. And works perfectly after a slice of our home-made pizza. Liam and I are pro's at this now. This photo is of a pineapple, mushroom and brie pizza. One half is scattered as the husband loves to add a little meat.
